No one can honestly guarantee a third-party factory. What we do is look properly, report plainly and catch problems while they can still be fixed.
Who carries out the visit?
Charlie or a trusted member of the team, depending on location and timing. Every one of us is a native English speaker who is fluent in Mandarin.
