Search and shortlist
We research suppliers, talk to them in Mandarin and narrow the list to the ones worth your time.
Samples and visits
We collect and check samples, and visit the strongest factories in person before you commit.
Negotiate and order
We negotiate price, minimum order and lead times on your behalf, and make sure both sides agree what is being made.
Production and quality checks
We follow production, inspect goods before they leave the factory and send a full written report, normally within 24 hours.
Shipping
If you don’t already have a freight forwarder, we arrange delivery through trusted logistics partners.

Depending on where your suppliers are and when you need someone there, Charlie or a trusted member of the team visits the factory, checks the goods and sends you a full report, normally within 24 hours.

Three ways to work with us
Pricing is agreed up front, before any work begins. Choose whichever suits your project.
Project fee
One agreed price for the whole job, from finding suppliers to goods on their way. Best when you want it handled from start to finish.
Day rate
Book us for the days you need: a factory visit, a quality check, a trade fair or meetings with your suppliers. Best for specific tasks.
Monthly retainer
A setup fee for the first few months, then a lower monthly fee for ongoing supplier management. Costs stay predictable and issues are dealt with quickly.
Questions
Do you make the products yourselves?
No. We don’t manufacture anything. We find and manage independent factories for you, and you buy from them directly or through us, depending on how the project is set up.
Can you guarantee the quality of a supplier?
No one can honestly guarantee a third-party factory. What we do is check suppliers before you commit, inspect goods before they ship and tell you plainly what we find, so problems are caught while they can still be fixed.
What about minimum order quantities?
Minimums are set by each factory and vary widely by product. We find suppliers whose minimums fit your order, and negotiate where there is room.
Can you arrange shipping?
Yes. If you don’t already have a freight forwarder, we arrange delivery through logistics partners we trust. If you do, we work with yours.

Yes. We can plan your factory visits and trade fair days, meet you on arrival and interpret in your meetings. See China Business Support.
Do you only work in Guangdong?
Guangdong is our base, but we travel anywhere in China and have also worked in Vietnam and Taiwan.
